Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Hill Waterfall

At The Hill Waterfall, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations.

🎟️ Ticket Bookings

  • 100% Refund: For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled visit date
  • 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled visit
  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled visit

📲 Cancellation Process

All cancellations must be requested through:

  • • Official booking platform / website
  • • WhatsApp / registered contact number

Cancellation requests via unofficial channels will not be accepted

💳 Refund Processing

  • • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

🌧️ Weather & Operations

The park operates in most weather conditions

No refunds will be issued due to:

  • • Rain or weather changes
  • • Temporary unavailability of specific rides

❌ No Show Policy

  • • Failure to arrive on the booked date/time will be treated as a No Show
  • • No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases

👥 Group Bookings (10+ People)

  • 7+ days prior → Eligible for rescheduling (no refund)
  • Within 7 days → No refund / no reschedule

🏛️ Banquet / Private Events

  • • Advance payment is non-refundable
  • • Date changes allowed only if:
    • - Requested at least 72 hours prior
    • - Subject to availability
